【海外からの御依頼方法】Requesting Our Painting Service from Overseas
■以下の条件に限り、海外からのマイク塗装の御依頼も承ります。
We accept overseas orders under the following conditions:
・作業前のお支払い（paypal）
Payment must be made before work begins.
・日本国内でマイクを購入（当店宛てに直送でOK。または当店が代理購入する事も可能です）
The microphone must be purchased in Japan.
・完成時の送料が掛かります
International shipping costs will apply for the completed microphone.
・メールは日本語のみ（日本語に変換した文章を記載してください。）
Communication by email is in Japanese only.

How to Request a Quote
・お名前
Name
・塗装を希望しているマイクのメーカーと型式
Microphone Manufacturer & Model
・ご希望の内容（希望色・ロゴなど）
Requested Painting Details (Color, logo, etc.)
・完成時の送り先（送料を計算する為ですので大体で構いません）
Shipping Destination (An approximate location is sufficient for calculating shipping costs.)
■御依頼の流れ
まずは上記内容でメールを頂き、お見積もりをご案内いたします。
御依頼が決定されましたら、新品のマイクを用意します。これについてはご依頼者様がお手配頂いても構いませんし、当方で代理で購入する事にも対応いたします。
ご依頼品の発送先は以下の通りとなります。
- First, please send us an email with the information above. We will review your request and provide you with a quotation.
- Once you decide to proceed with the order, we will arrange for a new microphone. You may purchase and send the microphone to us yourself, or we can purchase it on your behalf.

Important Information Before Ordering
Please read the following before placing an order.
Paint Finish
Our painting is done by hand using professional automotive painting techniques. However, **no paint finish is completely indestructible**.
Paint may be scratched, chipped, or damaged by impact, friction, excessive force, or improper installation. In particular, tightening screws or bolts directly against a painted surface may damage the paint.
After Delivery
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including damage during installation, assembly, handling, or use.
Please remove any parts or accessories that can be safely removed before sending your item to us.
Handmade Work
Each item is individually painted by hand. While we make every effort to achieve the requested finish, **minor differences in color, texture, gloss, or appearance may occur**.
If you require a completely flawless or factory-perfect finish, please consider carefully whether a custom hand-painted service is suitable for you.

PRO_Fit is operated by a single person. In the event of illness, an accident, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed.

Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not accepted after work has begun.
Because each item is custom-painted specifically for the customer, we cannot accept returns based on personal preferences or differences in expectations regarding color, texture, gloss, or finish.
